Notre Verger started in the 1980s as a small Mauritian produce trader, and grew into one of the major handlers of potatoes and onions on the island. Garlic and ginger followed — staple categories that demand consistency, scale, and reliable cold storage.
Across four decades, our remit has expanded: from staples to a wider fruits and vegetables range, from local sourcing to held import permits, from a single produce route to a fleet of trucks and 4×4s covering coastal resorts, urban restaurants, and inland kitchens.
